Attitude, Attitude, Attitude.

Everyone has an Attitude. Some of them are good attitudes but everyone at one point or another has a BAD Attitude.

I have been known to have a Bad Attitude from time to time.. I know what you're thinking.. "Lindsay?... Bad Attitude??.... How could this be???...." LOL yeah right! I'm sure it's completely believable. My teenage years, especially, I had extra practice in the world of Attitude.

Attitudes become habits... hard habits to break. And speaking from experience, your attitude toward something just becomes second nature.

For instance, when I am wearing a sweat shirt and jeans in the cool autumn air... I automatically have a cheerful attitude. On the opposite end of the spectrum... put me outside on a hot muggy summer day and my attitude quickly turns south.

For the longest time... like, my entire life practically.... I always thought someone was a certain way because "that's just they way they are." So I started to turn that same thought process towards myself.... and I began to think.. "I can't help it they made me mad and I acted the way I did, they should have known better because that's just the way I am."

Does that sound familiar to you too...

You know what I am getting at.. That bit where I said "because that's just the way I am."

Let's break that down... where did that mind set come from... friends/family/parents? Regardless of where you got this idea... it is dead wrong. And believe me I am singin' to the choir today folks.... I'm stepping hard on my own pinky toe right now! (ouch)

I can hardly write as more and more instances flood back to my mind where I reacted a certain way to something that made me unhappy, just because I felt entitled to "the way I feel." Who do I think I am?

Now, I am not saying that something can't make you mad, sad or overwhelmed etc... because those are feelings that all of us experience.... But it's all in the way we handle our emotions after the fact. Are we going to throw a fit and say and do things that we (should) regret and then justify those actions with, "that's just the way we are"?... Maybe... Because some of you will read this blog today and may think, that this sounds all fine and dandy but it sounds like too much work to change so I'll just stick to "the way I am"... after all "it's just the way I am."

You can't teach an old dog new tricks kind of thinking.

We have fell into the trap that the devil wants us to believe... that we can't control our emotions or change how we react to something... he wants us to act this way because he knows that it is not honoring and glorifying God.

When I think about it like that... it makes me so mad that I have allowed the lies to shape who I am and how I conduct myself if things don't go my way.

Example: Someone hurts your feelings.. And I mean the kind of hurt feeling where you feel walked all over and unappreciated... and rightfully so. What if that person who wrongs you never apologizes or even acknowledges that they hurt you.... Well.. the normal human response (depending on how emotional you are) would be to yell/do the same back to them when the time comes/teach them a lesson/pout/ignore them until they can figure out what they did wrong.

Sad to say... I have a bad habit of doing all of those things from time to time. So know that what I am saying is hard for me to take too... but the facts are the facts... I should not EVER act that way.

This life isn't about what others can do for you.. people will always disappoint you... basically, they won't be perfect.

So make up your mind that you will be kind and do things for others even if they never return the favor or notice your kind heart. When you get that mind set... you become a lot less sensitive to getting your feelings hurt but more sensitive on how you treat others as well.. because as hard as it is to realize.. we aren't perfect either.

The only person who will never let you down is Jesus... He is the only perfect one that you can lean on and will always hold you up. If you have a problem with having a bad attitude.. Ask the Lord to help you with that and to shape you into a more loving person. Just look at what He did for you. We should strive to be more like Him in our situations of everyday life. We treat God like dirt, yet He still cares for us no matter what we do or don't do for Him.

Do you have a Bad Attitude?

I do sometimes.

But today I thought I would share how I feel about this subject and kind of talk myself through how I should really be acting.... A little reality check.

Oh... and back to "just the way I am" thing.... Thank the Lord we have the Lord to make us different than "just the way we are" because without Him.. we could never be made whole. That very well may be "just the way you are"... but you can definitely change it.

Practice with me on having a Good Attitude today no matter what is thrown our way... and I hope you have a blessed weekend :)

Stay tuned... I am going to be working on a special Salsa recipe this weekend and posting that soon!! Can't wait! I have been craving salsa so bad!

A Refreshing Monday Lunch :)

Hey everyone! Hope you are having a wonderful start to your week :)

Most people say they will "start their diet on Monday"... Well it's here! No better time than the present! Start right now... And don't think the whole day is shot because of that donut (or shall we say "donutS") you had for breakfast this morning ;) Start from now on.. You won't regret it.

Also, don't think of it as a diet! Think of it as a healthy life style change :) Here is a recipe you can start out with.... Don't be afraid... Just do it! LET'S EAT CLEAN!

Today Lance and I had an amazing lunch! Shrimp Salad with Apple slices and red Grapes.

For the salad we used an organic blend of different types of lettuce (It's just called mixed greens I think.) Carrots and golden raisins. I had cucumber on mine and lance had mushrooms. 7 Chilled shrimp. Yum! 1/2 cup cottage cheese. 2 Tbs. Chia seeds. Low fat croutons. And 2 Tbs. "Newman's Own: Family Recipe Italian" dressing (this stuff is unbelievably good!) and the ingredients are all natural and have no msg!

If you don't like shrimp (which I don't know why because they are yummy!) you can substitute with chicken or turkey.

Let me know if you would like to see more healthy lunch ideas :) have a great day and let's choose to be happy!

Hey everyone! Hope you are enjoying the last days of summer (I for one am excited about that because that means FALL!!!).. I know most kiddos are back in school and College students have started this week as well.. So I hope you have a great school year! Stay strong, study hard and have fun :)

Today I wanted to share something that many people deal with, including myself, but not many people talk about... Fear.

Fear of the unknown. Fear of death. Fear of letting people in....Fear of a broken heart...

You name it... everyone has a fear of some kind... And I'm not talking about the fear of spiders and snakes (unless that is something that is a huge difficulty for you and changes your every day life) but even the biggest toughest person has some sort of fear.

Fear of the devil and demons. Fear of the dark. Fear of claustrophobia. Fear of large crowds...

What is your FEAR? Really think about it.. what makes you the most anxious out of anything else in the world?? You may even have more than one...

Something I have been trying to come to grips with, is my own fears. Things have happened in my life that make me paranoid sometimes and if I don't remind myself of truth, then I can get really worked up.

I shared in a post a little while back about how my Dad past away when I was 13. In that time I felt a pain that hurt very very badly. A pain that I never want to feel again.. So I developed this fear of losing my loved ones because I was afraid of pain and a broken heart.

Ever since I fell in love with Lance.. that fear has started to grow more and more inside of me because I now love him more than anyone else in this entire world. To lose him would be the worst pain I can imagine at this point. Sometimes this fear cripples me.

I have a huge imagination and sometimes I find myself daydreaming of these awful scenarios of someone telling me that he is gone, that Lance has died.. that I will never see him again on this earth...how I would react.. what would I do!?... then I start to actually feel that terror in my chest and feel my heart breaking for something that isn't even reality!!

I know that statement I just made, might make me seem crazy. But more likely than not, you probably can relate.

Usually I will just try to distract myself until I forget about it.. or I'll talk to Lance and he can calm me down pretty fast, especially when we pray together. But not too long ago I was talking with a dear friend and telling them that the Bible is from God.. He gave it to us for a reason.. it is our guide book through this life.. a map of the way we should go.. and the things we can and cannot trust. There is some type of answer or example to the problems we are facing right inside that book that we have readily available to us.

So the other day when I was having one of those fear gripped moments, I had to remind myself of my own advice! "What does the Bible say about my problem?" So I looked through the index in the back of my Bible and found every verse that had the word fear or was over the subject of fear.... The Bible has lots to say on this subject actually, because it isn't something new.. I'm not the first person to go through this.

After seeing some verses that I have heard before and some not so familiar... I decided that it would be beneficial for me to memorize the scripture that pertains to my issue.. I want to hide God's Words in my heart to keep it from the fear that wants to take hold of it.

But above all.. I need to talk directly to the Lord.. tell Him what's going on.. even though He already knows.. He wants us to talk with Him.. tell Him our burdens and lean on Him for strength. He is after all our Father.. and no matter how much we grow up.. we always need our Father.

Something I have tried to stick to is PSPT: Pray. Seek. Practice. Trust.
Pray: Like I said, talk with God, ask Him to help you with your problem.
Seek: Look in God's word for what it may say concerning your issue.. You may be praying for an answer and God has already answered you or given you some help in His book!
Practice: Learn and memorize those verses that may help you and comfort you.. you will be able to recall them in your time of need. If God's word tells you to act on something or remove something from your life, then put that to practice and do it.
This one is the hard part for us...
Trust: When it is all said and done... You have prayed.. You have sought... You have practiced... Now you have to Trust. As humans.. there is no one on this earth that we can trust 100%.. even if it's your dear sainted grandmother... we are all flesh and have the ability to lie and break promises. However, God does not. He is perfect and by nature is the purest form of truth. We need to remember that he is not as good as one of us.. He is SO MUCH BETTER! What He says He means.. and when He promises, that doesn't mean maybe. Trust HIM.

So I thought I would share with you just some of the verses I found concerning my type of fear or just fear in general.. just incase you have some type of fear too... here are those verses from God. What ever you may be facing..Memorize these verses with me and let us remember them while God helps us overcome this trial.

2 Timothy 1:7
"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." KJV
"For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control." ESV

Psalm 23:1-6
1."The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. 2. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside still waters. 3. He restoreth my soul: he ladeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. 4.Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for though art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. 5. Thou prepares a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. 6. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever." KJV

"1 The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. 2 He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. 3 He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake. 4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. 5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. 6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the LORD forever." ESV

Psalm 55:22
"Cast they burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved." KJV

" Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved (shaken)." ESV

Psalm56:3-4
"3.What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee. 4.In God I will praise his word, in God I have put my trust: I will not fear what flesh can do unto me." KJV

"When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I shall not be afraid. What can flesh do to me?" ESV

Proverbs 3:25-26
"25.Be not afraid of sudden fear, neither of the desolation of the wicked, when it cometh. 26. For he Lord will be thy confidence, and shall keep they foot from being taken." KJV

"Do not be afraid of sudden terror or of the ruin of the wicked, when it comes, for the Lord will be your confidence and will keep your foot from being caught." ESV

Isaiah 12:2
"Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he is also become my salvation." KJV

"Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid; for the Lord God is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation." ESV

Romans 8:15
"For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father." KJV

"For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!" ESV

John 14:27 (This one I have been holding very tight lately)
"Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." KJV

"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid." ESV

New to the Dorm World.

How to survive new room mates and being a good one yourself  101
Are you nervous about your living arrangements? Here are some tips I have come up with to help alleviate some of your stress :) Hope you enjoy!

Introduce yourself. Chances are you have been given a name and email/phone number of your prospective roomie. Find them on facebook/twitter/whatever and friend request them. Don't feel embarrassed about facebook stalking them because, let's be honest, everyone does it lol. Shoot them a quick friendly message or better yet give them a call! The phone call will make things less tense on move in day because you actually talked to a real life person before having to meet them. That way you won't feel like you are moving in with a "complete" stranger. Talk about whose bringing the mini fridge/toaster/microwave you get the idea. Don't be scared to dial them up, be the bolder one and call them :)

Make other friends. Whether you go to a large University or a small private college, showing up and not knowing a soul can be a bit intimidating for most. Some people start to lean on their new room mate as a life line and never branch out to make knew friends. You and your roomie may hit it off quite nicely and that is great but you still need to find a core group of friends not just one person. Make sure you practice this from the beginning to make it a little easier on yourself. But what if your new room mate is a clingy one and wants to be with you at all times and experience everything that college has to offer TOGETHER!? Well lol... my tip would be to switch your schedule around a little bit so you two aren't always going to the same places at the same time. Eat at different times and maybe leave and come home at opposite times. It sounds harsh put down in words but it will truly be for the best interest of the both of you. And if that new roomie is a bit timid, encourage them to get out there and meet others too.

You don't have to be BFF's. Don't put too much pressure on the relationship you will have with your room mate. Of course you hear stories of best friends who met as college freshman room mates but that is not the norm. You may have high hopes to have a story like that some day but you might be setting yourself up for a let down. Just let the relationship blossom how it's supposed to and you might be surprised at how easily you two get along. But say your room mate is nothing like you and you share nothing in common. That's ok. You guys can be awesome room mates and live very comfortably together as long as you are respectful to one another. Like I said, you don't have to be Best Friends Forever :)

Compromise Compromise Compromise. The other side of hearing the best friend college roommate stories is the horror stories of people having the most miserable time with their room mates. I know that I was dreading living with someone I didn't know and you might be as well but most problems and confrontation can be prevented with a short conversation within the first few days of you living together. Give each other time to unpack and settle in a little bit and then have a friendly conversation about some boundaries and respect. Most of the problems I've seen coming from frustrated room mates is because the "annoying one" didn't even know they were doing something that really upset the other. To prevent such problems, print off a room mate questionnaire, fill them out and trade. (you can find them online, I have listed one below but feel free to search around and find one to fit your personality). Now you and your room mate will know exactly what irks the other and then that will give you a start on how to compromise with one another. For example: If you are a die hard Justin Bieber fan, you could listen to his music all day every day and you want to cover every bit of wall space you have with his posters; but Bieber is a deal breaker for your roomie, then be respectful and listen to him when their not home or with headphones when they are and compromise down to one or two posters (come on, you are an adult in college now. Don't throw a fit about your posters lol). Just find out each others deal breakers and learn to compromise!

And above all that's been listed... Don't talk trash!
So your room mate is messy, stays up late and has poor taste in music (that they have playing loudly 24/7). Maybe they like to burn a nasty smelling candle that they claim helps them study better but it makes all your clothes reek. Or maybe they are uptight and have a 7:30 pm sharp bedtime but they get mad when you have to turn the lights on to see when you get home from night class. Regardless of the annoyance (and remember most of this can be prevented or alleviated with a quick conversation with each other) Don't be going around telling everyone and their cousin's sister how awful of a room mate you have. It's just plain not nice. You wouldn't want them going around talking about how annoying you are, coming home super late and flipping the light on while they are sleeping, would you? No. Talk to your roomie and let them know what's bothering you instead of everyone else. People are different and just because he/she likes going to bed super early doesn't make them wrong. Just like you staying up late isn't wrong either. It's just a different way of doing things and it's all in personality and preference. Talk it out and make a respectful negotiation. :)

Learn from one another.
I honestly believe that sharing a room with someone that you don't know very well is kind of like a buffer for the real world of confrontation lol. For many people, college is where you experience real life for the first time away from your parents. Just get this in your head now.. not everyone grew up the same as you did and probably don't have the same family dynamic as you: therefore you won't see eye to eye with every person, even your room mate, and that's ok! A practice that I try and incorporate in my life is learning from the good and the bad. People are in our life for a reason. As a whole, some are good examples and some are bad but everyone has a good quality (hopefully lol) to learn from and maybe a bad quality that you know to be conscious of yourself. To explain myself better let's just say you are super duper schedule oriented and organized (to a fault) but your room mate is chill and go with the flow.... learn from them and relax a little, take some time to smell the roses. Likewise, if you are super laid back and sometimes wake up late and forget to turn in assignments on time.. take some pointers from your organized roomie and become more responsible. Learn from each other!

Disclaimer: Any of the situations or annoyances with room mates that I have listed are NOT from past experiences with MY own room mates. I just came up with these things off the top of my head for examples lol. So Sarah, Collin, Kirsten and Bethany, you can breath easy knowing none of these things are pointed at you :)

If you have any more suggestions or a past experience that you would like to share, please feel free to comment below and help these people who are about to venture into the new world of dorm life!!

Hope you have a wonderful Tuesday and let's choose to be happy!! :)

Lindsay

Healthy Life Style Journey

Today I wanted to share something recent that is going on at the Milbourne's. We have decided to make a lifestyle change!

When Lance and I started dating.. I would say that I was an average good eater but I hardly worked out. I would make sure to eat healthy things, I would stay away from certain foods, and only ate out every once in a while and enjoyed the occasional Andy's frozen custard. Lance was an ok eater but worked out quite a bit on top of playing basketball all the time.. he ate the schools caf food :/ and tried to eat as healthy as possible there but he would also eat the tipical late night dorm food of taco bell and little caesers.

BUT then we started hanging out more and fell into the trap of cheap date night food which translates into fast food or half price appetizers after nine at apple bees lol. So we got into a very strong addictive habbit to "bad for you" food and before we knew it.. we had both gained weight. Me, a lot more so than Lance.

Now that we've been married for 5 months... We have decided (as of two weeks ago) that enough is enough. We both want to be healthy for eachother, for our children, for our grandchildren and their health lies in our hands. If we don't learn now before they get here, then it will be super hard to reverse something that could have been done the right way from the get go. (If I just made any sense.) AND the #1 reason is because our bodies have been given us by God and we are to treat it as a temple the Bible says. So I can't in good conscience, justify feeding my body low grade taco bell lol.

Ok.. So I thought it would be motivating for me to keep you all posted on how we are doing... and maybe it can be of some motivation to you as well :)

It is important to be healthy because that is a responsibility that God has placed in our hands so that we can be not only willing but ABLE to spread His love and His good news.

I hope you all have a Blessed Day and I'll keep you posted :)

If you would like me to post what we've been eating lately (Lance has been loving it!) or what we do to stay active and our workout plans, just let me know I would love to share!

Want a laugh.....

Keep scrolling....

HAHA here's me in all my "glory" of sweat... If you don't know me... There are few things that I hate more than sweat lol... Aren't I a beauty with my beat red shiny face and drenched collar LOL this is me last night after running on the elliptical for an hour! I'm just a little proud of myself haha. Get out there today and see what you can do! There's no better time than the present :)

(ps. I'm not jaundice LOL the lighting in my kitchen just stinks.)

Pinterest Favorits!

Good Morning, Afternoon, Evening... whatever part of the day you are reading :)... because I saw we have some friends in Europe somewhere and some in Africa too! Cool! So welcome to my blog "Tea, China and Fair Skin".

I feel like I never gave any explanation to why the title of my blog is what it is so here you go.. I like tea, all kinds of tea! I collect China ware, like dishes.. I love thrifting for new pieces to add to my collection and I have Fair skin ,obviously lol. So now that we've covered that let's move on to what todays post is about. PINTEREST!

I was looking through my Pinterest boards and I discovered that I have so many favorite things on there that I absolutely love!! And I just really wanted to share them with you guys!

Pinterest is great... there is a world of information to be had through that site.. it's inspiring, helpful, addictive, and just plain fun. I have to limit myself to so many minutes a day because I work in an office in front of a computer so you can imagine the time I could waste on there lol.

Moving on... I compiled a list of one thing from a few of my favorite boards that I have. If you are unfamiliar with Pinterest, email me or message me on facebook and I will give you the run down :)
Also I will put the link to my Pinterest wall at the very bottom of this post so you can check out some of the items I talk about today and so much more.

Let's get to it!!! but one thing first: for some reason the site wouldn't let me show pictures so I just added the link to the topic or item I am talking about :) Sorry about that.. it would've been much prettier that way :( oh well.

#1. Let's start off with something embarrassing lol.. This is from my "Hair and Beauty Tips" board. Under-Arm Whitening Scrub!
http://pinterest.com/pin/51298883228445687/
I'm pale (as you can see in my profile picture) so the skin/pores under my arms tend to show dirt and grime more easily than others haha (unfortunate isn't it). So when I found this I was like HALLELUJAH!

#2. "My Style" board: Mustard draw string jacket with cute little rain boots..
http://pinterest.com/pin/51298883228664941/
Ok so this was the hardest for me to choose out of all the boards I have because the "my style" board is the one I mostly pin on lol. But this outfit reminds me of relaxing days in the Fall and that's what I'm most excited about right now.

3#. "For the Home" board: How to make hand stamped cutting boards.
http://pinterest.com/pin/51298883228467719/
I hate and will not cut my veggies on the same side or board that I cut meat on because you never know if there is still icky stuff in the grooves that you've cut.. Yuck! So I thought this was a cute idea to keep them organized.

4#. "Food" board: Home-made Fruit Snacks.
http://pinterest.com/pin/51298883228604502/
I am a sucker for fruit snacks but I only eat them once in a blue moon because they are mostly wax and sugar so that's not good. Then I found organic all fruit fruit ropes at the store but they are so expensive! So thankfully I stumbled upon this gem of a pin and I can't wait to try it! I just know I will gobble them right up lol.

#5. "Crafts I wanna Do" board: I don't know what you would actually call these lol I guess swiffer snuggies? Sounds about right.
http://pinterest.com/pin/51298883228452086/
Seriously though this is something I really want to make because I hate buying those stupid little pad things that get dirty after one use but you use it a few times (lets be honest) before you have to throw your money in the trash bag lol. That sounds so dramatic but still this would be nice to have!

#6. "Picture Ideas" board: Last Kiss WWII.
http://pinterest.com/pin/51298883228444557/
OK.. I seriously can't get over the world of emotion going on in this picture.. it would be precious if just one couple was kissing on the side of the boat but just the fact that they are all lined up like that saying good bye to their sweet heart (maybe for the last time) just jerks my heart strings! Definitely a classic and I want to print and frame this somewhere in my house.

#7. "Neat Printables" board: Weekly Menu Plan Printables.
http://pinterest.com/pin/51298883227925348/
I love that there are people out there that make stuff on the computer that I can't make or would never have thought about creating and share them on the Internet for goobers like me! Love love love printables! I have some other great ones for kitchen labeling as well if you want to go check out my pinteresting pinterst lol (I don't know why I think that's so funny to say but I laugh at it so it's ok.)

#8. "Organizing my Life" board: Measuring utensils organizer.
http://pinterest.com/pin/51298883227925406/
This one I love and want Lance to recreate for me so badly! First of all if you can't remember all the measurement rules like how many tablespoons equals= a cup or whatever... Here's your cheat sheet and also learning tool for the kiddos when they help cook! Secondly.. how annoying is it to leave the measuring spoons and cups on that ring! I mean I don't know if it's just me but I try and just use one of the utensils and end up getting them all dirty any way so I end up washing them all! So this clearly eliminates every problem I previously stated.

#9. "Cleaning Tips" board: How to Wash and Whiten pillows.
http://pinterest.com/pin/51298883227899702/
Everyone has seen the nasty drool and sweat staned yellow pillows after you take the pillow cases off to wash.. Nasty! I always got so grossed out by that.. some peoples are worse than others and that just depends on how much you drool and sweat at night but regardless the yellowness, it's got to change! Here's how! I actually have done this trick and it truely did work! Our pillows were much whiter with no stains and smelt very fresh! Helps you go to sleep at night better knowing you aren't laying on months of sweat and dirt and drool and dust mites and who knows what else!

And Last but not least let us end on a light note :)

#10. "FUNNY" board: Period Time-Line.
http://pinterest.com/pin/51298883228539077/
This is so funny because it is so accurate! I feel this way every month and when I showed it to Lance.. he was like that's exactly you haha I couldn't even be mad because of how funny and true this is. If you are a girl and don't experience mood swings and cravings then you are one blessed little brat in my opinion LOL just playing.. but really it's not fare.

Hello everyone!

Hope you are having a fantastic Wednesday! Today I wanted to share my favorite channel I watch on YouTube :)

Like I've said before I love love love make up.. so I'm always watching this channel to get some good insight on what is worth buying and what's not so good. This girl is professional yet so sweet and down to earth and you will feel like you guys are girlfriends by the end of one video. Her name is Tati but around YouTube world she is known as GlamLifeGuru.

I will post one of my favorites by her below and then you should go check out the rest of her channel and subscribe! She has tons and tons of videos that any girl, whether just starting out with makeup or a guru yourself, can glean from. Let me know what you think and if you have a favorite youtuber that I should check out as well (doesn't have to be make up related) just comment below and I'll go take a look.

Have a wonderful day and I'll see you next time! ~xoxo Lindsay
